Joseph Bonora is the founder and Managing Partner of Catalyst Asset Management. Joe is responsible for all aspects of the business, including planning, development, and management of the firm’s various verticals.
Prior to forming Catalyst, Joe was the co-founder and Managing Director of Aileron Capital Management, a national investment management firm focused on government guaranteed loan programs and development of multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use properties. Under Joe’s leadership, Aileron provided in excess of $600 million in funding to small business owners and real estate developers, and developed in excess of $200 million in commercial and residential projects in Southwest Florida.
