Ms. Piaggio is a dynamic and revealing speaker who will help us understand and navigate the demographic shifts happening in the country and in Florida. When we learn how to “understand, anticipate and shape change” in markets, our citizens (clients) win. Ms. Piaggio is the conceptual leader and chief consultant for the Kantar Futures’ “Polycultural America” subscription offer—the first and only unified multicultural and general market consumer insights service. Before joining Kantar Futures, she spent ten years at Iconoculture, and grew its multicultural practice. She also managed the Cultural Fluent network, and was the Lead Global Consumer Strategist. She started her career in Argentina, her home country, where she held various positions in the areas of education and communications.
