Mr. Tolces is a Board-Certified City, County, Local Government Lawyer and a Shareholder with the firm of Goren, Cherof, Doody & Ezrol, P.A., in Fort Lauderdale, and Delray Beach, Florida. His practice includes governmental law, commercial transactions, real estate, and environmental matters. Currently David serves as legal counsel for the Delray Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and the Margate Community Redevelopment Agencies. Mr. Tolces also represents municipalities and other governmental agencies in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including the Broward County Housing Authority, the Deerfield Beach Housing Authority, the Dania Beach Housing Authority, the Hillsboro Inlet District, and the City of Doral Charter Review Commission. Mr. Tolces has served as Special Counsel for the Port Canaveral District Charter Review Committee, and as General Counsel to the Brevard County Charter Review Commission. His private practice includes representing clients in real estate, land use, administrative, and civil litigation matters that are an outgrowth of acquiring, selling, or owning real estate in Florida. He received his B.S. in Geological Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin in 1986, and his J.D. from the University of Florida College of Law in 1989. Mr. Tolces is certified by the Florida Bar in City, County, and Local Government Law.
