Ms. Hasbrouck is the Pinellas County Environmental Program Coordinator.  Teri develops and manages programs and operations of county-wide initiatives affecting both the public and private sectors of Pinellas County. She serves as program manager to coordinate and develop environmental regulatory programs, monitoring their effectiveness within the area of environmental impacts and compliance. Teri directs program administration, develops and maintains interagency and community partnerships, advisory boards, and interacts with the public on sensitive issues. She manages County-owned contaminated properties and the County Brownfield Program.  She works collaboratively with other County departments to provide expertise on property purchases and sales and insures that County-owned properties comply with state and federal regulations. Additionally, she works on special projects that require the development of strategies and plans to meet federal and state environmental regulatory requirements that apply to County assets and operations.
