WENDY GREY, AICP, was managing member of Wendy Grey Land Use Planning LLC, from 2002 to 2018.   She worked with local governments on comprehensive plan and code assessments. She also worked with developers seeking entitlements, particularly in the areas of compatibility and Comprehensive Plan consistency. 

Ms. Grey was planning director of the Tallahassee-Leon County Planning Department for ten years.  She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a master’s degree in regional planning from Cornell University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners.  She currently volunteers with several local organizations, including neighborhood advocacy groups.
