The City of St. Augustine is seeking a qualified consultant to 1) administer the Lincolnville Redevelopment Plan with the Lincolnville Community Redevelopment Area (LCRA) Steering Committee, the St. Augustine Community Redevelopment Agency, the general public, and as necessary city staff, and other citizen boards, as well as 2) the Historic Area Transportation and Parking Redevelopment Plan with the St. Augustine Community Redevelopment Agency (City Commission), the general public, and as necessary city staff, and other citizen boards.
