CITY OF LIVE OAK / CRA
BUILDING DEMOLITION / ASBESTOS REMOVAL & ABATEMENT SERVICES

The City of Live Oak / Community Redevelopment Agency, herein referred to as the Owner, will receive sealed bids marked “SEALED BID for CITY OF LIVE OAK / CRA– BUILDING DEMOLITION / ASBESTOS REMOVAL & ABATEMENT SERVICES”. Bid packages will be received by the City of Live Oak City Clerk for the Demolition of the Old Suwannee Meat Packing commercial structure and foundation, located at 780 Cooper St SE, Live Oak, FL 32064

Proposals shall be addressed to the City of Live Oak / CRA Attn.: Kim Smiley, CPP – Purchasing Agent 101 White Ave. S.E. Live Oak, Florida 32064

Proposals shall be delivered to the City Clerk’s Office, located at 101 White Avenue, SE, Live Oak, Florida, 32064 no later than 2:00 P.M. on May 10, 2018. Proposals shall be designated as “SEALED BID for CITY OF LIVE OAK / CRA – BUILDING DEMOLITION /ASBESTOS REMOVAL & ABATEMENT SERVICES ”. All bids must be submitted in triplicate. Any bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:05 P.M. on May 10, 2018 at City Hall, Council Chambers at the above address.

Documents will be transmitted electronically to interested parties at no charge. Bidding documents may also be downloaded directly from the City of Live Oak’s website,

A Mandatory Pre-Bid on-site meeting and location inspection is scheduled for Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. on location at 780 Cooper St. SE, Live Oak, FL 32064.

The owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The City of Live Oak is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Each Bidder must deposit with his/her bid, a security in conformance with the conditions provided in the Bid Documents.
