The City of Ocala is seeking a Redevelopment Analyst & Public Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This is a professional and technical position responsible for collecting and analyzing data to measure the impact of Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) projects and programs and for monitoring development and related activities within the CRA. Will be responsible for all aspects of public outreach and communication related to the operation of the CRA. Must be able to conduct research and perform statistical analysis to create performance reports as well as written and graphic design material to provide information to the public through various methods including websites and electronic media.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or closely related field is required and three years’ experience preferably with emphasis in statistical analysis. Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
