LEASING THE CITY-OWNED REAL PROPERTY

ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA, 33712
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to F.S. 163.380, the CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG (“City”) invites developers, end-users and interested parties to submit proposals to lease and develop the City-owned property located at 1794 – 22nd Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33712, located in the South St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area.
Additional information is included in the Request For Proposal document which can be obtained by visiting www.stpete.org/realestate and following the appropriate link under “Requests for Proposal / Solicitations”.
Proposals must be delivered not later than 10:00 A.M. EDT, July 2, 2018 to City of St. Petersburg, Real Estate and Property Management, Municipal Services Center, One – 4th Street North-9th Floor, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701. Proposals received after the specified time and date for any reason will NOT be considered.
A walk through of a portion of the Premises will be held on site on May 9, 2018, at 10:00 A.M.
The CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG shall consider all qualified proposals and may accept such proposal as it deems to be in the public interest.
