Principal Planner – City of Largo

PRINCIPAL PLANNER

The City of Largo, Community Development Department – Planning and Development Services Division is seeking candidates for a Principal Planner  position. This position is an opportunity for a seasoned professional looking to provide team leadership and project management involving complex planning issues in an urban environment. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in implementing land development codes, coordinating development review processes and program management for redevelopment of urban communities.

Salary Range: $52,000.00 – $78,020.80

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters Degree in Planning or related field
• Five years of progressively responsible planning experience
• AICP certification
