leader to serve in the role of Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Manager. The position manages the day to day operations, planning, budgeting, capital acquisitions and financial control, public relations, real estate negotiations, professional service contracts and various other duties for two Community Redevelopment Districts. Position serves as liaison to businesses and property
owners in the districts with the goal of enhancing the physical and economic character of the districts. Position requires a BS in business administration, public administration, urban planning, economics, finance or closely related field with 5-7 years’ professional
redevelopment experience. Must possess strong negotiation skills, ability to supervise consultants and staff. Ability to recruit development activity and develop economic incentives. A strong knowledge of Real Estate financing and transactions a plus. Requires valid FL DL.

Hiring range $62,687 – $81,775 (DOQ).
