ICSC’S P3 Retail Program creates connections with public officials to bring about positive economic effects for communities. In this session, we will discuss emerging issues, how to attract retail for your downtown areas, and the downtown attributes that make great cities. Millennials are attracted to downtowns, where they frequent wine bars, coffee houses, and look for trendy housing. These experts will talk about reinventing your downtown to bring that revitalization to the area. A retail renaissance is possible, but you have to understand RETAIL.
