Notice is hereby given that the City of Holly Hill is accepting development proposals, including a purchase price for listed either of the properties. Proposals must be received by 2:00 PM, Friday, August 16, 2019. All bid requests must include a proposed closing date, and all proposed closing dates are subject to negotiation with the City of Holly Hill. Copies of the RFP may be obtained at the City of Holly Hill (City Clerk’s Office) at 1065 Ridgewood Avenue, Holly Hill, FL 32117 or by visiting the City’s website at www.hollyhillfl.com.
