COURT STREET PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS, for the City of Live Oak / Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA)

The City of Live Oak CRA herein referred to as the Owner, will receive sealed bids marked “SEALED BID for CITY OF LIVE OAK / CRA – COURT STREET PHASE IIMPROVEMENTS” Sealed bids will be accepted by the City of Live Oak / CRA, Florida, until Thursday, May 10, 2018, at 3:00 P.M. in the City Clerk’s office located at City Hall, 101 White Ave. S.E., Live Oak, Florida 32064. Any bids received after the above time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Any uncertainty regarding the time a bid is received will be resolved against the Bidder. Bids will not be accepted via fax. Bid opening will be promptly at 3:05 P.M. on Thursday,May 10, 2018, in the City Council Chambers located at City Hall, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the provision of:

Bidding documents may also be downloaded directly from the City of Live Oak’s website, www.cityofliveoak.org, under the Request for Qualifications / Proposals/Bids.
