CRA Coordinator/Administrator

PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

Pinellas County is seeking a highly skilled professional for the position of Project Coordinator/Administrative (CRA Coordinator/Administrator).  The primary focus of this position will be managing and coordinating redevelopment activities and projects in the County’s Community Redevelopment Area(s).

This position requires complex project management work including structuring and implementing redevelopment projects and programs, developing project work plans, scheduling, budgeting and allocating resources for assignments and design objectives to maximize the CRA’s impact on improving the community’s quality of life. May supervise staff. Directs project consultants and contractors.   Work may include major capital projects and technical planning responsibilities.

This position reports to the Assistant to the County Administrator for the Lealman Community.
