The City of Pinellas Park is hiring a CRA Coordinator.

Salary $54,632 – $83,130.  This position will remain open until January 28, 2018.

Summary:

Under limited supervision, coordinates the implementation of projects and programs associated with the Community Redevelopment Plan.  Assists to varying degrees in policy making, project management, budgeting, planning, and public relations.  Acts as liaison with the CRA Board of Directors, including preparation and presentation of agenda items; and with developers and business interests.  Coordinates policy guidelines and recruitment of tenants in the Pinellas Arts Village.  Coordinates special events and other marketing and branding activities for the CRA.  Assists as assigned in other areas of Community Development.

Minimum Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in real estate development, urban planning, public administration, or related field.  Requires five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of redevelopment, urban planning, and/or real estate development, including a minimum of two (2) years of experience working directly in a local/state government CRA or economic development position.  Certification as an FRA Redevelopment Professional referred. Requires a valid Florida Driver’s License.
