Many CRAs in Florida will be nearing the end of their terms in the next ten years. Several have already “renewed” their agreements with the city or county. In addition, changing economic conditions can spur the expansion of an area. We will be sharing the experience of three perspectives on how to begin these processes, how to stay engaged, and how to best succeed. Our panel includes a county, a city in a charter county and a smaller city in a non-charter county.
