In the heart of the CRA, the City of Orlando has initiated the redevelopment of 68-acres of city-owned property into a mixed-use neighborhood featuring 21^st century education and businesses, parks and open spaces, a variety of residential uses, and supportive retail. The project has grown to involve a partnership between the City, Creative Village Development and the University of Central Florida.  We will bring a new 7,000+ student Downtown Campus to Creative Village, leading the way for a new educational model in Orlando’s urban core and invigorating redevelopment of this neighborhood.
