The Delray Beach CRA issued a Request for Proposal from a qualified not-for-profit entity for the purpose of creating affordable/workforce housing for 10 residential properties located within the SW Neighborhood of the CRA District.
Specifically, the properties include the west side of SW 7th Ave., between SW 3rd and 4th streets, and 238 SW 6th Ave.
