The City of West Park (the “City”), Florida, invites interested parties to submit qualifications from experienced individuals, groups, or companies which shall be referred to in this RFQ as the “Master Developer” to provide specific services as described in this RFP.
The purpose of this public‐private development is to provide and encourage an increase in sustainable commercial development in the City of West Park. Current site development options include the construction of commercial retail establishments, the construction of mixed‐use commercial/residential project or the construction of public improvements including but not limited to a city hall, a city municipal complex, a post office, a public parking structure, a public park or other recreational facilities. All improvements must comply with State regulations requiring that existing, on‐site drainage ponds be preserved and maintained in perpetuity.
