Economic Development Strategic Plan – City of Hallandale Beach CRA RFP

In furtherance of its redevelopment objectives, The City of Hallandale Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), Florida, is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified parties (“Proposer” or “Consultant” or “Firm”) to contract for consulting services to conduct a process to create an Economic Development Strategic Plan.

The completed Economic Development Strategic Plan will provide a “road map” as to where to allocate Economic Development resources and how to generate local business expansion and new business attraction.

For this RFP the City is holding a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference. The Pre-Proposal Conference is held to explain in detail the RFP documents, which make up the RFP for this Project. The Pre-Proposal Conference presents the opportunity for Firms to clarify anything within the RFP and to ask questions directly to City Staff.

In order for Firm’s proposal to be accepted a representative from Firm must attend the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and sign in for Firm. The Mandatory Pre‐Proposal Conference will be held APRIL 5, 2019 at 11:00 am, City of Hallandale Beach, 400 South Federal Highway in City Commission Chambers.
