The Collier County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a Project Manager to manage and coordinate activities related to the implementation of the Immokalee Community Redevelopment Area plan and the Immokalee Beautification Municipal Service Taxing Unit (MSTU) work plan. Duties include: managing the design and construction of capital projects; managing the annual maintenance and specialty contractors to assure asset longevity; grant writing for additional funding; and grant management for compliance; providing recommendations on capital project design, funding, and construction scope of work to staff and community advisory committees; coordinating capital projects with other County Departments and outside agencies, and providing other duties as assigned.
LOCATION: Immokalee, Florida
SALARY
$63,360.00 – $80,626.00 Annually
