We will discuss redevelopment infill case studies from two Florida community redevelopment agencies of different sizes and at different stages of their redevelopment processes. These case studies will examine the collaborative nature of redevelopment projects involving developing a Vision, working with Florida Community Redevelopment Agencies, local governments and private sector developers.  Case studies will present the different perspectives of redevelopment projects viewed through the prisms of the Designer, the Municipality and the Developer.
